Installing the KreaTV Toolchain
Requirements
The toolchain installation assumes that a number of tools are available on the
development machine:
- Bash is
used for a number of scripts.
- Perl is used for a
number of scripts used when building boot images etc.
Installation procedure
This installation procedure assumes that your development kit is installed
(unpacked) in <sdk_root>
All paths below must be absolute!
- Make sure that the directory
/usr/local/kreatv exists and
that you have write privileges to it.

Run the installation script.
<sdk_root>/dist/bin/install_toolchain
<path to toolchain>
If the toolchain is already installed nothing will be done. This means
that it is okay to install the same version of the toolchain several
times.
You should have got a toolchain with the first delivery of this
development kit, if you have not received any toolchain please contact
KreaTV support.
