Change IR repeat rate

Suggest to adopt iip kreatv-option-rcu-config_all

If you want to change the IR repeat rate you can do the following:

1. Create a file named input.ko.param
2. and add the following line to that file:
   repeat_rate=[value]
   The value is in ms. Default is 150.
3. Add the following line to your boot image configuration file
   

   
   kreatv-tool-include-file::/lib/modules/09input.ko.param=input.ko.param
   

   making sure you supply the path to your newly created input.ko.param file.
