KreaTV Input

KreaTV supports two kind of input: USB keyboard and remote control (RCU).

• USB keyboard

  This provides support for a particular language layout. Configuration for the USB keyboard is defined by KreatvInput Configuration.

• Remote control (RCU)

  The RCU layouts are hard-coded into the driver, which means you cannot configure them like you can with a USB keyboard.

Input events in the portal

Both USB keyboard and RCU remote input are transparent to developers. Portal developers use key identifiers when handling input events.
