After you add this IIP to your bootimage, you can ssh into the IP-STB (you need the kreatv-tool-ssh IIP also) and can run toish commands. This allows you to issue commands to the various platform services, such as Information Service and Application Service.

Each command begins with the name of the service you wish to control, followed by specific commands to that service. For instance:

toish applicationservice Activate 1
toish as Activate 3

The above commands will switch between application 1 and 3. "as" is just a short form for applicationservice. Another useful command is getting and setting Infobroker configuration options, for example:

toish is GetObject const.sw.version
toish is SetObject config.mytest permanent

It is also useful to load URLs:

toish uri LoadUri http://www.mywebsite.com text/html

A full list of commands and options is available just by running the toish command without any arguments
