Provides support for the Microsoft Smooth Streaming protocol following the
[MS-SSTR] 01/31/2013 Revision 3.0 specification. Supported 'MajorVersion'
in Manifest Response is 2, and 'MinorVersion' is 1.
Limitations
NOTE: This feature is provided as a TECHNICAL PREVIEW.
- Only unencrypted streams are currently supported.
- Only H.264 video and AAC audio encodings are supported.
