This IIP allows remote clients to access TOI3/JS services on the STB using
the TOI/JS bootstrap URL
"http://hostname_or_ip_address_of_arris_stb:8000/toi/toi.js". NOTE: this is
a TECHNICAL PREVIEW and the feature is restricted to development units. See
the TOI/JS section of the SDK documentation for more information.
