kreatv-option-local-portal_all

Local portals are files, or collections of files, which are installed into the boot image. This means that they are always available, even if there are network connectivity issues. They are useful, for example, when an operator wishes to install the portal code on the STB, to avoid or reduce HTTP server traffic, or to implement a startup portal which is always available on bootup and can print network connectivity issues, run a troubleshooting feature, or proceed to launch the main portal via the network.

Parameters

Name Repeat Description Type Default Example
file Multiple Specifies one or more files or archives which are copied or unpacked and can be used as local portals. The files or archives are copied or unpacked into the '/usr/local/portal' directory. If multiple local portals are provided they need to be organized in such a way that they do not overwrite each other. File path file=htmlapp.tar.gz,file=otherapp.tar.gz
location Specifies where to unpack the local portal under '/usr/local/portal' in the rootdisk.

NOTE: This parameter is deprecated. This parameter has been deprecated since all files are now copied or unpacked to the STB's '/usr/local/portal' directory. Any sub directory structure can be achieved by having the corresponding structure in the archive file.
