Enables playback of AAC inside Audio Data Transport Stream (ADTS).

This IIP should only be explicitly included when using a source element other than one of the generic streamer source elements (kreatv-option-mediasource-protocol-*) to play AAC/ADTS.

This IIP is not needed to support AAC encapsulated in TS or MP4 (or any other encapsulation than ADTS).
